About Us

A life-long resident of Cleveland County, Fred spent many years in sales traveling the state and dreaming of owning a small business in Uptown Shelby. As time passed, Fred’s dream crystalized into a plan and then the plan became a reality. In October 2009, RollOver Pets, Where Pets Bring Their People opened in Uptown Shelby.

A native of Clarksville, Tennessee, Jennipher came to Cleveland County in 2001 to pursue a career in broadcast journalism. She now owns her own business, Blue Eyes Social Media Connections, a social media management company. Jennipher’s love for animals isn’t her only passion, she also has a keen interest in health and fitness and teaches aerobics at the Dover Foundation YMCA.

Fred and Jennipher are dynamic leaders dedicated to being involved in the many on-going activities that attract business and improve the quality of life in Shelby and Cleveland County.  Having served on several volunteer boards such as the Health Department Move More, Eat Smart Coalition, Life Enrichment Center, The Cleveland County Chamber, The Uptown Shelby Association and The Don Gibson Theatre they understand the importance of community involvement and are excited to be part of the Uptown Shelby business community.
